Picasso did a great job at our new house. They painted the walls in all our common spaces and bathrooms. We couldn’t be any happier with their work.
For the past several months we have been renovating our kitchen from the ground up. One of the final tasks was an entire new paint job of the kitchen and family room which are joined. I contacted Picasso painting via e-mail and heard back the next day. Wilson (owner) arranged to meet me and prepare an estimate. A day later I had that estimate; and it was concise, detailed and above all very reasonably priced. We agreed upon a start date and Picasso arrived early and spent the next 2 days on the project. I must say the results more than met my expectations. Jairo the painter took extreme pride in his work and it showed. Had a great experience with Wilson and his entire crew recently. We purchased a house a used Picasso Painting (Home Improvement) for every interior wall, ceiling and then the kitchen cabinets. We were very happy with the way that the painting began that we decided to use WC Flooring (associated flooring company) to install hardwoods on both staircases, sand/paint spindles, hardwoods for entire upstairs. So basically Wilson and his multiple teams redid our entire house. We would highly recommend using either Picasso Home Improvement or WC Flooring for any jobs you have; we plan to use them for upcoming jobs. Job estimates, communication, planning, execution, payment - all went smoothly and professionally.

LEARNING MORE ABOUT THE EXTERIOR PAINTING PROCESS
CLEANING
Pressure washing is available upon request by the client (Recommended). Delicate areas will be hand washed. Paint chips and other debris are scraped and/or washed away. Washed areas are given the recommended amount of time to dry.
PRE-PAINT PREPARATION
All loose paint is removed and any bare wood shown will be spot primed. All surfaces not being painted are covered to protect against paint splatter. Exterior furniture is moved and/or covered whenever necessary. Glossy areas are sanded properly to guarantee adhesion. Windows and doors are caulked if requested.
PAINTING
Areas being painted will ALWAYS be painted until 100% coverage is unveiled. The color selected will be applied with the combination of a brush, roller and/or sprayer. 2nd and 3rd coats will be done if requested by the client and specified in the contract.
CLEAN-UP
Clean-up will be enforced daily and upon completion. All waste materials will be bagged and taken away courtesy of Picasso Painting. Extra paint will be bottled and labeled for extra convenience for our clients.
INSPECTION AND FOLLOW-UP
Before our employees gather their equipment, a thorough walk through will be done. Post-It Notes are given to each client, which they can use to mark any imperfections or places that require additional touch-ups. Picasso Painting will be back to fix it, GUARANTEED. The client will do a walk through with the manager to ensure 100% satisfaction. All touch-ups are to be fixed right away to the satisfaction of the client.
